To register and use the X9Gaming platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. First, you must be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration. X9Gaming takes the protection of minors seriously — age verification is conducted during registration and may be requested again at any time if there are reasonable grounds to question a player's age.

Second, you are responsible for ensuring that the use of online betting platforms is permitted in the region or state where you are located. Each player is permitted to register only one X9Gaming account. That account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, or used by anyone else. X9Gaming reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account information.

Attempting to register a new account after a previous account was closed for a terms violation is a serious offence and may result in further action.

X9Gaming accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking through major banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and Hong Leong Connect. All deposit methods are processed instantly with no transaction fees charged to players by X9Gaming.

The minimum deposit at X9Gaming is RM20 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit set for regular players, although additional limits may be temporarily imposed depending on account verification requirements. Any deposit limit applied to a specific account will be communicated to the account holder.

The source of deposit funds must belong to the player personally. For example, if you deposit RM500, you receive an additional RM500 as a bonus — bringing your total betting balance to RM1,000. The rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount within 30 days. This means a RM500 bonus requires RM10,000 in total wagers before a withdrawal can be made. The minimum qualifying odds for rollover purposes are 1.50.

Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of each bet — including the event selection, market type, stake amount, and chosen option — prior to confirmation. X9Gaming will not entertain requests to cancel or amend any confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

A bet may be voided by X9Gaming without prior notice in the following situations: the match or event is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours; there is a manifest error in the displayed odds resulting from a technical or human mistake; or the event had already started before betting was closed at the scheduled time. In the event of a bet being voided by X9Gaming, the full stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

For badminton matches, Malaysia Super League football, cricket, and all other sports supported by X9Gaming, live bets are accepted up to the cutoff time set by the system. Live betting odds change continuously based on match developments, and players agree to accept the odds displayed at the time their bet is confirmed — not the odds they saw before clicking the bet button.

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each market are as follows: minimum bet of RM1 across all markets; maximum bet varies by market type and event, and is subject to change based on current market conditions. Maximum limits for major events such as the Thomas Cup or Malaysia Open are generally higher than those for regular matches. Players are fully responsible for keeping their X9Gaming account password and login credentials confidential. All activity that takes place on your account — including betting, deposits, and withdrawals — is entirely your responsibility for as long as you have not reported any account misuse to X9Gaming.
